Shipping
We deliver across Rwanda. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. You will receive an email when your order ships.
Shipping is free on orders over a certain amount. Exact thresholds and rates are shown at checkout.

Returns
You may return most unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Initiate a return from your account or contact us.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. The refund will go to the original payment method.
