How do I place an order?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and mobile money. All payments are processed securely.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery is 3–7 business days within Rwanda. Express options may be available at checkout.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You can return most items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
How do I track my order?
